History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Through the years after Rhogar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rhogar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rhogar never married again.
