History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is wearing a tight pastel one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ortegar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Bowyer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bowyer for the past few years.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naal grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
