Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Thorpe's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Thorpe was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ploughman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
