Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Paelias has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He now owns his own business.
