History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Nuraval hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nuraval was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
