History: Faran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child.
