His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rael grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and many goblins want him driven away

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and retire the richest man in the south

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Vondal was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greatsword use. After a long history of fighting, Vondal and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Leaf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business
