History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.
