History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Resh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the west to a Interpreter, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
