History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Oppleby has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ur-Masi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carrie grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
