Personality: Quarethon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
