Description: This tall, slender man usually wears his white robe and has his hammer always slung over his shoulder. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Taklinn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a slave trader again

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is typically in his Marshal uniform. His blue hair has been sun bleached extensively. His half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears a green vest and prefers brown and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His beige fur is heavily combed to the left. His yellow eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Dagger took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears baggy black pantaloons and a grey scarf. His dark red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His eyes are silver and catlike.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He uses divination through singing.
History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Morthos was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Morthos alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
