Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Varis has worked very hard to control his curse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
