Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken from his home at a very young age. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
