Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of scythes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his top white hat.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a simple tan robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He is baby faced.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to protect his home

Description: He wears a brown shirt with thin white vertical stripes and tan pants. He carries a battered shortbow and tarnished flail as well. His hair is blonde and curly. He is baby faced.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Hamil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hamil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a husky man, who wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his axe. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Stannor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Stannor. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Personality: Pirithin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
