History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Chad alone in the world.
