History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Fragrant was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Fragrant's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Fragrant and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
