History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tree alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Traubon's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
