Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a red coat with green slacks. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Gildmak is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gildmak was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Halfling Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His tied-back hair is golden. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'7" when asserting himself. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Gardener. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
