Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ratak will drive conversation. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ratak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He prefers to wear flannel. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Az-Adar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Az-Adar began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Az-Adar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A middle-aged man, he sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and is pretty ugly. He wears his red hair down. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in the east to a Apothecary, Gunter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He struck the Apothecary job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and expand his business

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Hunter was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
