History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fargrim grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants revenge against giants

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Sailor soon after.

History: Gifted from a young age, Aldous studied abroad. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Server for the past few years.
