Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Delebean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Delebean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Delebean and his spouse have recently divorced.
