History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jebeddo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
