History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
