Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is a Barkeep first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Diggory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Elaim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was a Tanner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elaim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To be a Shepherd again.
