History: Rimple hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Melech grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
