History: Hoshû hails from a village terrorized by giants. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and revenge
