History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up work as a Fletcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against giants
