History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Shadow began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Shadow was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Stableman who has hired him part-time. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
