Personality: Morthos wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Morthos grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has achieved small success as a Sage.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
