Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the north to a Cook, Berrian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. He has moderate length red crest. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His chestnut hair is cut short. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Berrian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he prefers to wear flannel. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Blacksmith profession.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality
