Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Iados grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Mugrunden enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Mugrunden lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gardain will drive conversation. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
