History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Jabbie is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Jabbie would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
