When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Wiggens was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: To be a Beggar again; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
