History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.
