Description: An older man who wears just a blue suit, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This man wears just a black suit. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. He has gray fur. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: River wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. River was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and revenge
