History: Az-Adar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Az-Adar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Az-Adar never married again.
