Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Randal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has achieved small success as a Knight.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
