Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Gormogord was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: He stands about 3'5" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Frouse was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Frouse was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Frouse's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Frouse and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is cut short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Lewis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He very much looks the part of a Miller. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his trident, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Crampernap grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Aerdeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
