His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, marred by teas. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has hazel eyes and a black hat with a white feather.

Personality: He is a Locksmith first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A true patriot, Hubert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He became a Locksmith soon after.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and gnomish compassion

History: He was born into a rich family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 29. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
