History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. After a long history of fighting, Shágflak and his spouse have recently divorced.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gimble is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gimble was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gimble's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gimble and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Shifting never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
