History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. History: Brottor was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Brottor never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Gardener like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Burto enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
