Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Ghaliver was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He found a children's book about a Dwarf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
