Description: An older man who is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is thinning but still full. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Zephan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Zephan was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miller. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.
