History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Hork wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
