Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Gruk was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
