History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Mogg was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tailor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
