History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Gargax hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
