History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
