History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
